Our clients find that having someone "on call" should they require assistance, or encounter a problem, is priceless. If you don't have expertise in the website maintenance, and you don't have ongoing support, it can cost you. Technical difficulties can take days to fix, while hacking and content loss can set you back and see you lose clients. That’s why we developed our Website Maintenance Plans.

We offer three monthly maintenance plans, which include software updates, website security and uptime monitoring, off-site backups, performance optimisation.

If something goes wrong with your site, you'll have priority support to fix it as soon as possible. These plans also allow you to ask us to make small changes to the site when you’re too busy or don’t know how to make them yourself. This is great if you need images updated, blog posts published, or a new feature added. We can even arrange a custom plan for you to fit your needs.

Scheduled Off-site Backups

Your business website will be backed up and stored at multiple locations to ensure the latest version of your website is continuously available and accessible.

Website Security, Anti-Virus & Hacking Insurance

Your website will be monitored by anti-virus & exploit prevention software ensuring ongoing high levels of security. In the unlikely case of hacking or any other major problem with your website, Adviser Webstyle will be able to restore it from the most recent backup within a short time frame at no cost to you.

Performance Optimisation

Your website is just like having a high performance vehicle, it needs to constantly be fine tuned to ensure that it continues to run at its peak. We continually tweak your site to ensure it runs as efficiently as possible — compress images, and optimize your website code.

Small jobs (website changes)

Additional support for things like making any small changes to the site (for example, editing content, uploading images etc).

NOTE: Small jobs are calculated per calendar month and not carried over to the next period.

Webmaster Services

A website is never "finished". As your WordPress webmaster, we offer continuous support services to keep your website updated on an as-needed, hourly basis.

* The price is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Adviser Webstyle is not GST registered, therefore the price displayed is the total invoice amount.
** HOW PRICING WORKS: Charging is calculated hourly based on the time of service (in % to the hour) multiplied by the hourly rate. (e.g. 15 min service = 25% of 1 hour, 25% of current rate = $12.5).
